Prayer Wheel For David

10.04.05. Lhasa, Tibet. Wendy’s brother David wanted her to spin a prayer wheel for him, thus I think we accomplished our goal a hundred times over. The Tibetans write prayers on the prayer wheel and every time the wheel is “spun” it sends that prayer off to the gods. Thus spinning the wheel sends the prayer. But it also sends the prayer for the person who put the wheel there in the first place. A clever way to send more prayers!
