4-24-05. After the Flower Market, Bill and I toured the Bird Garden. I read that this is where men “walk their birds” and sure enough, that is what we saw. I wish I had a sound bite because some of the birds sounded like children saying “mommy, mommy” - I didn’t know it was a bird until an older Chinese man laughed with me when we discovered it was the bird! Very funny.
