Jeffito's Journey 2005

This blog documents my journey when I worked & lived in Hong Kong (4/5/05-12/15/05). I can’t thank my company enough for this international assignment, as it has been an experience of a lifetime! A journey I wanted to share with family, friends, and my fellow cast members. Click on any picture to enlarge. Click on the archives to see past months. Enjoy.

4-24-05. At the Bird Garden, they sold bird food. Bags and bags of live crickets, worms, maggots, you name it! Posted by Hello

4-24-05. After the Flower Market, Bill and I toured the Bird Garden. I read that this is where men “walk their birds” and sure enough, that is what we saw. I wish I had a sound bite because some of the birds sounded like children saying “mommy, mommy” - I didn’t know it was a bird until an older Chinese man laughed with me when we discovered it was the bird! Very funny. Posted by Hello
